I love you more...
As a child one aspires to be a ballerina, a vet, a designer, a princess and the list goes on. From a young age I always new I wanted to be a mother, a nurturer, a set of arms always open to embrace, a pillar for my loved ones to lean on. My soul simply could not wait until I was a big girl to become a mommy so when my sister came into my life I jumped on the opportunity to love someone more than myself, to scold her, to hug her at night and practice all my mommy tecniques! It was not until my son was born that my little sister took the place of a sister -she was no longer my baby. It was all changing for me, my baby sister was now the one giving me advice, listening to my stories, and wiping the tears away from my face. Was this a role-reversal? Was she the new mom on the block? No, she simply became my sister aka your best friend that's related to you! Sisters are teachers, messengers, friends, healers... They are magical and add color to your life. They surprise you and make you laugh until you pee yourself. Marine, I LOVE YOU MORE...
MAMA DADA
Have you ever done anything you were not proud of? Or anything that really felt like - Wow how could I do that it was so not me!? Has anyone around you ever felt the consequences of being hurt by your mistake? If the answer is NO then I want to meet you as you are probably a saint! In all religions and faiths honoring your parents is a BIG DEAL. How does that work what if your mom hurt you as a child or your father never gave you a compliment and is an unemployed alcoholic! It works like this. We are all human and we make mistakes, we do the best we can with knowledge we have at the time. Once we make a mistake we can either learn from it rise up and never commit the same mistake twice - or we can commit the same mistake over and over again. Our parents are human too they do the best they can with what they know or what they learned from their parents. If we don't rise up and learn from their mistakes we too will be repeating their mistakes as well. Being a person who honors your parents no matter what will help you rise as a person. If your parents were "BAD" or "WRONG" then you too are if you cannot rise above and forgive them for everything. Practice this as your children will one day thank you, as children learn more from watching their parents than being told what to do and how to act.
LOOKING INTO THE MIRROR
In the real world when u give you have less.
In the spiritual world when u give you have more.
Mirror exercise- Stand in front of the mirror and put your hands out as if you are giving something away. The mirror shows you receiving. Spirituality and G-d live in this exercise as our lives are a mirror of what we put out into the world.
Give love unconditionally as that is what we are all seeking to receive.
Behind all drama that we humans create we are all in search of the same thing.
UNCONDITIONAL LOVE

Poking Fun... ACCUPUNCTURE
Everything is a gift! Last month I woke up and experienced so much pain in my leg I could hardly stand looking down I saw a scary looking vein running up the whole inside of my leg! After internet searches, doctors appointments, blaming my parents (hereditary that's it - ahhhhh) no answer... A few days later it was my 28th birthday my besteez (best friends and sister crew) took me to the beach for an unforgettable weekend that I could not really enjoy as my leg pain consumed my mind. I first went victim, then became the observer and lastly the message came. A friend saw me limping around and said " I have a very intuitive friend who is a doctor blah blah blah she heals most thing with accupuncure and herbs." I was IN! My secret passion for healing arts was about to broaden... Cute as a button all 5 feet of her! Dr. Jean Marshall! How could G-d pack so much wisdom in such a small shell? This simple Chinese doctor was the perfect match for me at the perfect time! Not only did the pain go away immediately but the veins ghastly appearance began to vanish- but I later understood that I was not there for my vein... Although the first part of my lesson was surely to be more grateful for all of my body functions part two was that this woman would begin to treat me for anxiety and open my heart... I know that as humans our lifetimes are just a chapter in the long novels that are our souls life- all of our experiences are sentences and we cannot decode and understand all that g-d wants us to accomplish in our missions from a few lines but it will always be part of my spirituality and essence to ask, ponder and imagine.
